A New Era of RunePlanet

Hello my friends, its been awhile since I've posted here, but today...I bring news which should hopefully breath life back into the community...and take the world by storm...maybe.
As you've no doubt noticed I have been absent here for the past few months, and before that I gave up on RuneScape...again. As you've seen I keep trying to return to the game with no luck, its obvious I wont be able to return to how I used to enjoy it, but I'll always have those great memories and the great people I met, but onto why I'm here today.
I find it very unfair that because my loss of interest in the game this site (and the amazing members of it) go down in flames....so I'm here to fix that mistake.
As of today, May 4th 2012 I give ownership of RunePlanet to Austin. I will continue to host the site etc, but he has full access to the entire site, to change what he wants. For all intents and purposes he is now site owner. As for me, and the link I have with RunePlanet, it will remain. I've decided to start a network of a sort...Netcessor Networks (or just Netcessor) for gaming...tech lovers or just anyone who wants to meet people with similar interests. RunePlanet is now the...son? of Netcessor, over time I plan on creating many other fansites such as a fansite for the new Star Wars MMORPG for example. But for now I'm going to work on rebuilding Netcessor, the forums on Netcessor are now back, so feel free to join me over there if your interested in phones (android, iPhone, Windows Phone), Gaming (xBox, Nintendo), or building computers...programming, at http://www.netcessor.com/forum. I will of course still visit RunePlanet, but I believe RunePlanet should be in the hands of someone with the passion and joy I had when I started this site in 2007.
So please join me in welcoming Austin, the new owner of RunePlanet, the first child site of Netcessor Networks.

Well, yes today is April Fools.
We we're going to do a little joke but decided no reason to. We've talked about exploring other possibilities to help generate activity to this lovely site, but we didn't think any would work. We were set on a Pony Planet... but sadly... Some 10 year old little girl threatened us all with letters because we would of stolen members from her site. She was very vicious. Literally, she sent us this image alongside the nice threat......
And here's a picture of her she sent as well....
There's no way in hell we were going to upset her anymore.
So we decided to just shut the place down. With Aaron busy training for the olympics, Ana busy cleaning houses, Chris busy being Chris, Topper busy being fancy and I being busy with just running my kangaroo farm. We don't have time to take care of it anymore. We we're going to leave it to the Global Mods, but let's be honest. The only real one capable would be Monster. Sin is just.... yeah and the others, pssh. Nonsense.
Sorry it had to be this way, see you all around.
