Alright today JaGeX did actually use part of the idea we had for trading with friends as shown here. Now I really don’t believe this was because they read what I said and implemented it, but I’d like to think that me writing about it did give them a perspective as to how this could be fixed. As I said before I am going to be fair to JaGeX, and this update, is a good one, thankyou JaGeX.
I’d like to rephrase this, it is a STEP in the right direction, trading is still not perfect….can you give your friends gifts? No…its still not there yet. And hopefully they will fix it.

now all they have to do is make it total lvl and not quests for the amount but this is a GOOD start =]

If I had to guess though, they wanted it set to Quest Points because you can't bot your way into QP, and even Jagex knows that its just too easy still to bot yourself a few million XP in a short period of time.
I hate to say it, but until a better method is devised, QP is the only way to go. (Hmm… # of Successful Randoms.. the more, the higher level?? Nah… why give randoms a reason to exist.)

Its improved things slightly
